In the same way a Defender gets us drooling on this side of the pond, so does the G-Wagon in Europe. We all know Mercedes has unveiled some outdoor-friendly and luxurious iterations of the G-Wagon over the years. However, with the release of the new Mercedes-Maybach G 650 Landaulet, they may have moved to the top of the food chain in this world, certainly outdoing themselves and others in this drop-dead gorgeous version.

It’s not all looks either, as you’ll find some serious power under the hood. We’re talking a V12 Biturbo pushing out upwards of 630 horsepower. And with such power comes comfort as well. That’s why Mercedes-Maybach outfitted an electric fabric top that provides your rear passengers with some fresh air. These rear seats can also be fully reclined and come with heated massages for good measure along with a glass partition that frosts on command for a bit of privacy while you’re being chauffeured around town. The Landaulet also rides atop a set of 22-inch wheels wrapped in 325/55 R 22 tires and a diamond stitch upholstery. Only 99 are slated for production, and the first market appearance is set for this fall.
