Denim was first really used for clothing because of how tough it was compared to other materials. During the Gold Rush, miners up in the hills of California needed pants that wouldn’t tatter after just a few months of use – and some guy named Levi Strauss was the first person to really meet that need. Now, well over 100 years later, the material has gotten a big upgrade with Saint Unbreakable’s Motorcycle Jeans.

Billed as being 133 times tougher than a regular pair of cotton 14oz denim and 15 times stronger than carbon steel, these 12 oz jeans can withstand a 4 second long slide of up to 165 feet. Saint Unbreakable isn’t just pulling these numbers out of nowhere – they’ve run them through European Motorcycle’s standard tests to ensure their durability. Not only are they made extremely strong thanks to the 66% UHMWPE Dyneema construction, they’re cut for every day life both on and off the bike. With triple stitched seams, 3M tape on the outer seems, and engraved buttons and YKK zippers – you’ll be investing in more than just safety on the road when you get a pair of these.
