KAEGE Retro Porsche 911

When you think of 1970’s cool, it’s hard not to conjure up images of Porsche’s 911 F series. It is sleek, classic, and has just recently been given new life by the folks at KAEGE, an auto shop based out of Germany.

Running on the same engine that sits in the Porsche 993, a six cylinder 3.6-liter that pumps out 300 horsepower through a six speed gear box – this retro car can just eat up the pavement. The modern internals on the vehicle hide under a classic design that isn’t an exact replica of the F series, but a close approximation. KAEGE took the opportunity to lighten up the body a bit by using a good deal of carbon fiber in the construction, giving the car a little more get-up-and-go. Of course, the interior got the same treatment as the outside – it projects the atmosphere of the seventies with all the power and safety of a modern vehicle. You can purchase one of these directly from KAGE. [Purchase]
