From the looks of this 2016 Ford Mustang HPE750, it appears that Hennessey has done it again. Featuring their new performance and styling kit, the new Mustang looks to draw the attention of car fanatics the world over. And personally, we couldn’t be happier to see some good old American muscle in the spotlight again.
Founded in 1991 by racer John Hennessey, HPE spent the last 25 years building supercharged, super fast vehicles without breaking street-legal limits, and this project is no different. Hennessy Performance outfitted this ride with their 2.9-liter supercharger upgrade to Ford’s 5-liter eight cylinder engine. The combination unleashes 774 horses under the hood and 648 lb-ft of torque. All told, the ‘Stang tops out at 208 mph, goes from 0-60mph in 3.2 seconds, and with a CarbonAero body kit setting off its coilover suspension, you’ll be outrunning Johnny Law in style. Additional upgrades include bigger brakes and Hennessey’s own light H10 wheels. [Purchase]
