2016 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible

The new body style Camaro was received with open arms from automotive enthusiasts, so it should come as no surprise that the bowtie brand is back with a chopped top version of the renowned muscle car. Meet the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible.

Aesthetically, it looks just like its hard top brethren, through and through. Of course there is one major difference – the drop top. Chevy has outfitted the 2-door with a fully automatic canvas roof that, with the push of a single button, can be opened and closed at speeds of up to 30 miles per hour. Things also remain the same under the hood (not that anyone’s complaining), with your choice of a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder (275 HP), a 3.6-liter V6 (335 HP) or the coveted 6.2-liter V8 (455 HP) power plant, with either a six speed manual or eight-speed automatic being offered up across the lineup.
