2016 Cadillac CTS-V
You’re looking at the most powerful Cadillac ever produced, and perhaps the dictionary definition of a “wolf in sheep’s clothing.” We say that because while the 2016 Cadillac CTS-V could easily roll up to a local county club without causing a stir, its open road abilities are startlingly impressive.
That’s all due to the supercharged, 6.2-liter LT4 V8 engine (previously found in the Corvette Z06) that cranks out an awesome 640 horsepower and 630 pound-feet of torque. 0-60 miles per hour happens in a scant 3.7 seconds, with a top speed of 200 miles per hour. The 2016 Cadillac CTS-V features rear-wheel drive, launch control, an eight-speed automatic transmission, and the Magnetic Ride Control active damping system to improve handling. Standard perks include a high-performance Brembo brake package, 19-inch alloy wheels covered in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, and a carbon-fiber hood, front splitter, rear spoiler and diffuser.
