In the world of off-road ATV, Argo has a fairly solid reputation. They’ve been in the business longer than any other ATV to UTV manufacturers -1967 to be exact- and since then Argo’s been providing consumers with high-quality off-road machines.

Their newest addition, the LX 8×8 is an eight-wheeled amphibious vehicle that ups the ante in terms of look and function. The styling is sharper than previous models, available in five optional colors. Also, one of the more striking features turns out to be the Beadlock wheels, used in conjunction with a lower PSI than older LX models creating a more comfortable ride. It also runs off a 4-cycle V-Twin engine that comes with a three-year warranty. And in the speaker department, Argo hooks this model up with a Jensen 4-channel 40-watt sound system with both front and rear speakers so there’s no need to not pump up the volume while fording the nearest river or muddin’ around the backyard. Prices vary based on options. [Purchase]
