2015 Aston Martin Works Vanquish 60th Anniversary Edition

Aston Martin’s bespoke program, Works, has officially turned 60 years old. And with all Aston milestones, there’s only one way to celebrate – a limited edition model. Meet the 2015 Aston Martin Works Vanquish 60th Anniversary Edition.

Collaborating with the Q by Aston Martin service, the brand is commissioning six bespoke models, all to be rolled out in the ensuing 12 months. Debuting last Friday at the Buckinghamshire-based firm’s customer Christmas celebration was the first offering in this gorgeous Vanquish – available in both Coupe or Volante form. All the vehicles in this collection are outfitted with a rotary constructed from the piston of an Aston Martin engine from that era (DB2/4, DB5, three different 80s and 90s V8 models, and an original Vanquish). The vehicle has also been finished off with a set of gold “Anniversary Yellow” wheels and gills to help stand out further from the crowd. Performance is unchanged, but with a 576-horsepower 6.0-liter V12, we’re not sure any upgrading is needed. No specific pricing information has been unveiled, but you can bet they’ll be well into the six figure range.
