Whether you’re the Michael Myers type looking for something new this Halloween, or the Michael Symon type looking for a reliable way to slice a lamb shank, these Furtif Evercut Knives by TB Groupe could be the last knives you ever buy.

Featuring a full tang blade and a laser-bonded titanium-carbide surface that promises to last 300 times longer than standard steel and 5 times longer than ceramic, this is a knife that will scoff at its Thanksgiving Day duties for 25 years or so before it needs sharpening. To make sure they stand out, TB Groupe went their own way with the design, featuring faceted handles in pitch black just like the blade. “Furtif” translates as “stealth,” and while we’ve never had a pot roast run from us, it’s good to know it won’t see us coming with one of these in our hands.
