Living in a large and lovely country like America, it’s sometimes easy to forget that there’s a whole world out there doing stuff that we usually picture only happening in the US. This Hero Honda Karizma custom build by Mean Green Customs is a perfect example of that dynamic in play.

See, Mean Green Customs is in Mumbai, India—not a place that springs to mind when you think custom bike builds. But they’ve more than earned our respect with their take on this Hero Honda. This model features a 223cc Hero Honda Karizma powerplant, a custom girder forkset, handlebar mirrors fitted with LED indicator lights, and a no-doubt painstakingly fabricated tank and seat, with a leather seat pan and racing stripe down the middle. The yellow headlight is also a nice touch.
