AirDog Camera Drone Follows The Action

GoPro cameras are great at getting point of view action footage, but what about you, the star?! The man who managed to water ski at nearly 15 mph for almost 10 seconds? You’re gonna need footage of that, and the AirDog can be your loyal sidekick when it comes to capturing those moments.

This is a quadcopter drone that automatically follows you via GPS, hovering in the sky above you, and recording all the action with a GoPro 3 camera. You put the controller on your wrist or helmet, choose the altitude you want, and then start riding, surfing, skating, or doing the Lambada (the forbidden dance; that’s what makes it so daring) in Sears. Built-in accelerometers, gyroscopes and a barometer help keep it out of harm’s way, and though the AirDog’s 10-15 minute battery life is brief, it does fly itself back to safety before running out of juice. Watch the video below to see this thing in action. [Purchase]
