Coffee snobs aren’t the only ones who get to be snooty about their favorite beverage. For the man who takes his tea seriously, the BKON Craft Brewer makes a strong case for earning a spot in his kitchen.

Focusing on one cup at a time, the Craft Brewer lets you use any loose tea leaves you can find, and then works its magic with a process called RAIN, or Reverse Atmospheric INfusion. It sounds pretty elaborate, but it only takes 60 to 90 seconds to finish, and the end result promises to be a cup of tea that’s scientifically brewed to perfection.  You can store more than 200 recipes in the machine and call them up via the touchscreen control panel. Even better, the chamber self-cleans at the end of each cycle, saving time and preventing any unpleasant morphing of separate flavors. The BKON Craft Brewer is expected to go for around $12,000 when it hits retail. [Purchase]
