Mighty Mouse hasn’t graced a TV screen in what, 30 years? Yet somehow most people still know who you’re talking about when the little rodent is referenced. So if the situation calls for lots of power in a little package, the analogy still works.

Such is the case here with the Mighty Mouse Apartment, designed by Australian architect Nicholas Gurney and located in the quite possibly the craziest-named town we’ve ever heard: Woolloomooloo—a suburb of Sydney. With just 27 square meters to work with, Nicholas had to make every nook and cranny count, and he sure did. White sliding panels turns walls into bookshelves or bedrooms with one simple push, and the black, yellow and red color scheme is an ode to Mr. Mouse himself.
