Is this the droid you’re looking for? It certainly was for Vimal Patel. This is his R2-D2-inspired robot. It’s fully motorized, it rolls along the floor, it turns its head, and it projects both a manipulator arm and a 3rd leg. And oh yeah, one more thing: It’s made out of Lego.

Other than impress the hell out of your friends and family, we can think of at least a dozen things this droid can do for you, including transport fresh cold cut slices across the room; scare the cat; scare the dog; intimidate your toddler; make sexy time with your Roomba; ride in the back of your X-Wing fighter Rav-4; and project intriguing images of Carrie Fisher (requires new Carrie Fisher Projector from Samsung).
