Resurrecting the classic moniker from the C2 chassis, the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is a true work of art to say the least.

The aptly titled C7, the seventh iteration in the Corvette history, the new Stingray takes design cues from Italian exotics like Ferrari, but with American roots. Let’s get down to the reason you came here though, the power plant. The 2014 Chevy Corvette C7 Stingray is equipped with a 6.2 liter V8 LT1 engine that puts down a whopping 450 horsepower alongside 450 lb-ft of torque, power good enough to get you from zero to sixty in under 4 seconds thanks to the 7 speed manual transmission. The C7 set to hit the scene during the latter half of the year, we are definitely excited to see what the American auto maker has up their sleeves for the Z06 and the ZR1.
