2014 BMW R1200GS Adventure Motorcycle

After recently shining the spotlight on the 2014 Triumph Tiger Explorer XC, it’s time to shift gears a bit, and take a look at the latest offering from the German auto makers at BMW. Introducing the 2014 BMW R1200GS Adventure, the latest go anywhere bike from Bimmer.

While it’s not set to officially debut until this coming November at the EICMA show, the internet decided that was too long of a wait for motorcycle enthusiasts. The travel enduro has been equipped with an air and liquid cooled 1170cc 2 cylinder 4 stroke engine that pumps out 125 horsepower, and has been paired with a six speed gear box. BMW has also outfitted this 2 wheeled adventure vehicle with a larger 7.9 gallon aluminum fuel tank, and Rain & Road drive modes among other enhancements. Check out some of the photos below.
