The Australian based Deus Ex Machina have been building custom motorcycles for years now, but they somehow manage to keep outdoing themselves. While we were huge fans of the Harley American custom, the newly completed “The Bully” is hands down our favorite to date.

Starting with a crashed Buell Lightning X1 as the base, the folks at Deus Ex Machina went to work on creating a beautiful, completely custom cafe racer. The bike has undergone some pretty significant work to get to the point you see here, including a newly fabricated subframe and swingarm, handmade aluminum fuel tank and seatpan, rear shock sourced from Works Performance, and a whole lot more. The bike used as many American parts as possible, and the end result is solid. Check out the video below.
