2013 National Beard and Moustache Championships in New Orleans

Do you want to get popular with the ladies? Then you need to grow a beard. Facial hair has a made a huge comeback in recent years, and the 2013 National Beard and Moustache Championships showcase the best of the best.

While some of these may be a bit unpractical, they are certainly cool to look at it. The event took place at the House of Blues in New Orleans, Louisiana on September 7th, 2013. Talented Las Vegas based photographer Greg Anderson was in attendance, and captured all of the awesomeness that occurred that evening. Jeff Langum’s massive full beard won him top honors, and helped solidify Los Angeles as the bearding capital of the United States, winning six medals during the competition.
