British luxury car manufacturer Aston Martin may be sun setting the immensely popular DBS, but knowing they have big shoes to fill the brand officially confirmed the release of the 2013 Aston Martin Vanquish.

Although the name may be a bit familiar, the car is brand new for the upcoming year. An evolution in the Aston Martin lineup, this vehicle is packed with a 6.0 liter V12 that is putting down a heart pounding 565 horsepower paired with 420 pound feet of torque. Thanks to the Touchtronic 2 six-spped auto transmission, the Vanquish darts to 62 miles per hour in just 4.1 seconds with a top speed of 183 miles per hour.
