Something about a sleek modern residence surrounded by lush green landscape always sets the mood just right. This Capitol Hill home is the perfect example of why we love this combination so much.

The multilevel residence was designed by the team at Balance Associates Architects, and resides in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle, Washington as the name would suggest.  From the front view, the home appears to be much smaller than it actually is. Upon entering the home, visitors are treated with incredible 180 degree views of the surrounding lakes and mountains, which are fully taken advantage of thanks to the cantilevered construction.
