Once again our search for the best bachelor pads in the world take us down south to the beautiful region of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Continuing on with the recent popularity spike in concrete construction materials, we present the incredible Ipes Residence.

The Brazilian bachelor pad was designed by the design team at StudioMK27, and uses heavy concrete details found all throughout the property which include the large concrete box that appears to be floating atop a glass volume. The living room’s doors open up entirely to the amazing backyard, causing the interior and exterior space to flow seamlessly as if they were one.
