Even during rough economic times there seems to be absolutely no shortage of new supercar brands hitting the automotive scene and the The Sarthe by Netherlands manufacturer Vencer is the latest to debut.

The vehicle’s body lines seem to take cues from the classic McLaren F1, and utilize a rather minimalist approach to design. Thanks to plenty of carbon fiber construction, the vehicle weighs in at 3,065 pounds which helps this 500 horsepower V8 bolt to 62 miles per hour in just 3.8 seconds from a standstill.  For those of you that prefer high speed numbers, The Sarthe tops out at around 202 miles per hour.
