Situated atop an art deco building in Sydney, Australia is a contemporary rooftop penthouse that exemplifies luxurious living.

The rather inconspicuous building housing the penthouse was built nearly 100 years ago in 1920, helping the penthouse to stand out that much more. The actual living space is barely visible from street view, but is quite spacious consisting of three bedrooms alongside three and a half bathrooms. The penthouse offers panoramic views of the ocean, and what bachelor pad would complete without an indoor/outdoor swimming pool. The project was designed by Sydney based studio Brian Meyerson Architects.
