This Harley-Davidson Scrambler Is A Performance Bike Dressed To The Nines

Duke & Sons is an artisan leather crafting outfit with a cozy relationship with The Bike Shed Motorcycle Club. In addition to crafting toe-guards, wallets, key-chains, and other limited edition leather goods for the BSMC, Duke & Sons also commissioned German customs shop, Dalstra Motoren to build a one-off scrambler for the leather company’s booth at the Bike Shed’s 2017 Tobacco Dock Show dubbed “The Duke.”

Starting with a 2009 XR1200, the H-D donor has been treated to a custom meshed intake unit, tail/side covers, one-off fenders, and a new tank, all adorned in an OD green livery with portions of polished exposed metal and yellow pinstriping. The oil tank, side cover, custom diamond-stitched saddle, tank bra, and grips are all upholstered in top-shelf dark brown 2.5mm vegetable-tanned leather. There’s also a custom hand-stitched brown leather pannier housing a matching OD green fuel bottle, upgraded Hagon shocks, a hooped subframe with an integrated LED taillight and indicator strip, a Haymaker LED headlight, knobby Pirelli MT60RS tires, and an HPA intake paired with a modified Remus exhaust that allows The Duke to make just over 100hp — 10% more than the stock XR. Duke & Sons x Dalstra Motoren’s 2009 Harley-Davidson XR1200 is currently for sale through The Bike Shed’s classified pages in the Netherlands with an asking price of approximately $19,370.
