1991 Ferrari F40

As a stripped down, road-ravaging sports car, the Ferrari F40 isn’t going to win any awards for creature comforts — as it has virtually none. But it will still go down in the annals of history as one of the greatest supercars ever built for its impressive performance and gorgeous good looks. And if you want to get your hands on one of the finest examples you’ve ever seen, this 1991 year model is up for sale.

While you can expect the figures to have waned over the years, this ride originally had as much as 471 horsepower, a 0-60 time of just 2.8 seconds, and a top speed over 200 miles per hour — all thanks to its burly, mid-mounted V8 engine. This one has also benefitted from a recent service at the hands of DK Engineering, as well as new fuel cells. And the cherry on top of the cake: it’s been certified by Ferrari Classiche — meaning it’s got the factory stamp of approval. But all that beauty and power come at the steep price of $1,360,000.

Purchase: $1,360,000
