1974 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 Pickup

Fans of classic vehicle restoration, we submit to you this impeccable 1974 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 Pickup. This blue baby was, in part, cosmetically and mechanically restored by a third party before the FJ Company got their hands on it, tuning the truck to show condition and adding a few little tweaks of their own. What they have managed to do with this pickup is forge something as stunning as it is unique.

As much as possible, the vehicle was restored to be period-correct, but a few changes beneath the hood and chassis, like new spark plug wiring and exhaust manifold gaskets, ensure that the truck runs like new and will continue to do so for years down the road. Beneath the flawless exterior, the pickup’s beating heart is a straight-6 F-series engine with a 4-speed manual transmission. While the folks at the FJ Company have installed a new suspension system, the original, rare, 2-piece steel wheels still carry this pickup around. And now’s your chance to get your hands on it, if you’ve got $87,000 to spare. [Purchase]
