A Monstrous ProCharged HEMI Engine Gives This ’70 Challenger 2,500HP

Nobody in the history of the planet has ever needed access to a classic pony car with the capability of producing 2,500 horsepower. By no means, however, does that mean it’s not something we’d want to see. And now we can, because that’s exactly what the 1970 Dodge Challenger ‘Havoc’ from Rides by Kam has to offer.

No, that horsepower figure is definitely not a typo. Thanks to a ProCharged big-block HEMI engine under the hood, this American muscle car boasts over twice as much horsepower as a Bugatti Chiron hypercar. Of course, that power plant is hardly the only upgrade to this modernized restomod. The car has also gone through a rotisserie restoration, now boasts a wealth of custom work both inside and out (including a slick custom sheet metal engine cover), and truly looks like it just rolled off the factory floor of some mad scientist’s workshop. But if you take a look at the other builds from Australia’s Rides by Kam, that’s probably what we should be expecting at this point.
