This Race-Ready Triumph Tracker Moto From Hookie Co. Can Be Yours

Whether it’s bolt-on kits or elaborate one-off builds, Germany’s Hookie Co. has earned an impressive and well-deserved reputation for being one of the world’s premier custom motorcycle builders. And though the Dresden shop normally trades in thoroughly modern-looking machines built around thoroughly modern donors, Hookie has proven that it’s no one-trick pony with this beautifully-crafted vintage Triumph tracker dubbed “Snow Tiger.”

Starting with a 1969 T100R example — aka “Tiger Daytona” — the framework’s been modified and fitted with an overhauled and shortened BSA front-end and 19” BMW “Snowflake” wheels front and back. Now boasting higher compression, the British parallel twin’s been tuned for racing and treated to a Wassell carb setup paired with K&N pods, plus an electric ignition, upgraded oil system, and a minimalistic underslung exhaust. There’s also a hand-formed aluminum tank cloaked in a fiberglass cover (also hand-painted), a bobbed rear fender, front and side number boards, and a vintage-style two-piece Bates seat. With swept-back bars, a protected exhaust, foot controls located on the right, and no front brake, this build doesn’t just look the part, it’s a legitimate competition-grade dirt-oval racer through and through. Hookie Co.’s Snow Tiger is currently for sale on its website, with price available upon request.
