Few American muscle cars are as iconic as the Chevy Camaro. Functioning fine all on its own, it’s still always a treat when we come across something of this magnitude. Here, our friends over at RingBrothers gave this 1969 Camaro RS the “treatment” beginning of course with the power plant.

As the star of the show, under the hood of this thing is an LS3 Chevy motor. However, Wegner Automotive hooked the RS up with a Whipper Supercharger and increased the displacement to 416 inches which upped the output here nearly 1,000 HP. A custom Flowmaster stainless steel exhaust system also helps this monstrous engine breathe while a Detroit Speed full suspension system with AFCO shocks on all four corners keeps everything balanced. She also rides atop a set of custom forged wheels from HRE Performance that are now wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. Custom crafted upholstery adorns the Camaro’s interior while a Vintage Air climate control system makes comfort a priority. Pepper in customized bumpers, grille, a hood made from hand-laid carbon fiber, and a unique paint job and this is one muscle car we won’t soon forget.
