1967 was a great year. You had the Summer of Love, Jimi Hendrix recorded “Purple Haze,” and Ford released the 1967 Shelby G.T. 500. Now, the good people over at Classic Recreations are ready to raise your pulse with their modern rendition of the beautiful 1967 model.

This upgraded version included more than $25,000 in modifications, including a 427 ci Ford Performance with a Procharger F1-R that gives this puppy more than 800 horsepower under the hood, making it the most powerful Classic Recreations model to date. Other modifications include authentic Shelby Performance Parts, rack and pinion steering, race inspired suspension, and oversized disc brakes. Each Shelby is also handcrafted at their facility in Oklahoma. So if you’re feeling the need for neck breaking torque and speed, be sure to check out this lovely lady. She’s sure to show you a good time. Prices start at $169k. [Purchase]
