Put Other Muscle Cars To Shame With This 1,140HP 1964 Chevy Malibu

We’re not ashamed to admit that we love cars that are too absurdly powerful to reasonably be driven by anyone, which is why we’re over the moon for this 1964 Chevy build that delivers a ludicrous 1,140 horsepower to the rear wheels.

The muscle car in question is a completely restored and modified Chevelle Malibu SS that’s been transformed into a massively overpowered pro-tourer. The car has undergone two major restorations in its life, the first by Roadster Shop and a second over-the-top one by Kindig It Design. Under the hood lurks a tuned twin-turbo 6.2L LS3 V8 engine that’s kitted out with custom components including headers, a cold air intake, and an exhaust system. Trying to keep the rear wheels in check are 4-wheel power disc brakes with 14-inch rotors and Wilwood 6-piston calipers, along with adjustable Penske Racing Shocks. But let’s be real, your odds of containing this car are slim. The interior and exterior have been customized to show car condition, and the car was once featured on MotorTrend TV’s Bitchin’ Rides. This one-of-a-kind Chevy Malibu is being sold through RK Motors for $197,900.
