Miami’s 1016 Industries already has a well-established and well-deserved reputation for gussying up already extremely-exotic automotive offerings, with the South Florida firm producing a wide array of aftermarket parts for a myriad of prestigious supercars. And while 1016 previously offered bodywork and other bits for the Lamborghini’s Huracan and Aventador ranges, the tuning specialist has just pulled the cover off its latest product for Lambo owners with an all-new Urus Widebody kit and ECU tunes.
Available in fiberglass, carbon fiber, and forged carbon — all of which are offered in gloss or matte finishes — the aggressive-looking bodywork boasts revised fore and aft ends that are 3.5” wider in front and a full 4” wider at the back. The bodywork kit is of the plug-and-play variety too, bolting directly onto the stock bodywork’s mounting points. Equally hassle-free are 1016’s powerful new ECU tunes, neither of which void the SUV’s factory warranty despite the stage one kit bumping the Urus’ power output up to 780hp and the stage 2 kit bringing that figure up to a cool 840hp — a full 200hp more than the Urus’ stock trim and knocking a full second off the car’s standing quarter-mile time. Limited to only 50 units, 1016 Industries’ widebody kit starts at $45,000.
