MintyPi 2.0 Handheld Console

The Raspberry Pi credit card-sized computer is widely responsible for the recent explosion of retro gaming popularity, both for its ease of use and convenience. As a perfect example of exactly how great this little device is, we’d like to introduce you to the MintyPi 2.0 – a gaming console housed inside of an Altoid mint tin.

Though this device is more than small enough to fit inside of your pocket, it’s also capable of playing some big games. It can handle just about any game from any of your favorite old-school consoles (including NES, SNES, Genesis, N64, and more). In fact, it even has WiFi connectivity, so you can download games wirelessly at your convenience. It also features a large crisp display, an integrated hinge to hold the screen up while you play, and it comes in a number of different color options. This is, however, a DIY 3D-printed project. So if you want one, you’ll need to put it together yourself. The good news is, you can find most everything you need on Sudomod’s marketplace.
