We couldn’t imagine anything more gorgeous than a beach bungalow in Brazil. Studio Arthur Casa agreed. In fact they agreed so much that the design team decided they wanted to build not just one, but four adjacent dwellings lining the coastline of Sao Paulo.
Privacy would be one of the most valued aspects to any beach villa, and the designer preserved this much desired seclusion by slightly offsetting each of the four identical homes. There are however interconnecting gardens to help you get to the neighbors if you so choose. Each three-level residence features an elongated footprint with the living space completely opened up to the elements. A cantilevered master bedroom suite provides a bit of shade for some of the outdoor area, which leads to our favorite space – the back yard. The living room and kitchen opens right up to the garden, infinity jacuzzi and matching pool overlooking the ocean. There’s also a rooftop deck for catching some additional rays, and fully capitalizing on that priceless view.
