Often times when we don’t like something, we’re encouraged to do it better, to do it ourselves. That’s exactly what graphic designer Max O’Brien decided to do when redesigned all 32 NFL team’s logos during this past off season in his aptly titled “The NFL Redesigned” series.
In all reality, there are a ton of NFL logos that don’t really need to be updated, and haven’t for that matter. Some franchises continue to iterate their logo to keep up with the times, and the results are usually good across the board. As a rather new fan to the sport of American football (O’Brien is not from the states), he explained that the aesthetics of the sport had always been a “drawcard” for him. With that being said, he decided to tackle the daunting task of redesigning every football franchise in the NFL. The New England Patriots redesigned logo has to be our favorite, and we’re not even Patriots’ fans. Check out the entire collection of redesigned NFL team logos below.
