Jay-Z’s recently released ‘Magna Carty Holy Grail’ album served as the rapper’s 13th consecutive studio album to top the charts, but it’s his constant references to being the “new Jean-Michel” and “the modern day Pablo Picasso” that have fans talking.
Artist Alex Reyes disagrees with both of those statements from Hov, but he did decide to create this awesome fine art series that sees the Roc Nation head honcho as the focal point. The collection includes works from the likes of Pablo Picasso, Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Roy Lichtenstein, and Mark Rothko among others. Whether you agree or disagree with Jay’s proclamations, you can’t knock the series. [Via]
