Looking to recreate the feeling of surfing in the ocean on land, a family of surfers came up with the incredible concept of Hamboards, the surf-skate longobards.
Living in sunny southern California ourselves, we know just how great it is to hit the beach for a morning, afternoon, or evening surf session. A family of 7 surfers from neighboring city Huntington Beach felt the same way about surfing, and set out to replicate the feeling on land. The end result are these Hamboards, a longboard that looks like a mini surfboard on skate trucks and wheels. The project took the family nearly 8 years to dial in, but they finally got it figured out.
