Over the years The Lone Star state has began adopting contemporary eco-friendly design elements for many of their newly built residences, and the Caruth Boulevard shows exactly what we are talking about.
Designed by architect Tom Reisenbichler, the multi story contemporary dwelling resides in Dallas, Texas. The home was designed around the owner’s request for a space to entertain guests, with an open floor plan that can certainly accommodate a large amount of house guests. Of course being eco-conscious was a big concern for the owner as well, which is why no detail was spared on this LEED Gold design home from the photovoltaic solar panels all the way down to the drought tolerant native plants.
