Although it’s been thousands of years since we tied stones to sticks to make tools, it’s definitely cool to see exactly what stone tools may look like in today’s world.
Designed by the Tel Aviv-based design studio at Ami Drach and Dov Ganchrow, this set of modern stone and flint tools show us exactly what a set stone constructed utensils would look like in 2012. Unfortunately these tools don’t look like they will be hitting retail shelves any time soon, and were recently on exhibit on at Budapest Design Week in Hungary. The details on the tools are amazing, and the BC AD branding on the handles is a great finishing touch.
