Over the years many custom bike builders have had quite a bit of success with the immensely popular Yamaha Virago. One of our personal favorites was the Yamaha Virago by Doc’s Chops, but Eric Meglasson certainly did a great job with his custom 1982 Yamaha Virago XV750.
To start the process off Eric sourced the forks, clip-ons, and calipers from a 2001 Yamaha R1, while the front wheel and switchgear came from a more recent 2009 model year R6. The wheels, swingarm and frame have been powder coated, while the Dime City Cycles seat pan and pad provide the perfect finishing touches to this custom bike. [Via]
