Contemporary Penthouse Apartment in Downtown Montreal What originally started as two separate penthouses was converted into one contemporary living space in downtown Montreal by Canadian interior designer René Desjardins.

Although we deem the dwelling as more of a bachelor pad than anything, there is plenty of room for multiple guests including a family seeing that the spacious home spans about 3,300 square feet. The home sits atop the top floors of a modern designed building that was constructed back in 2008. There are many incredible features to this apartment penthouse, but our favorite is the invisible book storage system lining the walls of the living room.
